  SARAH HANNAH ROSS 1868- The birth of a Sarah Hannah ROSS was registered in 1868. (GRO March Q 1868 Holbeach 7a 365) The 1871 census of Sutton Marsh: Thomas ROSS, head, aged 71, shepherd, born at Somersham, Cambridgeshire; Hannah ROSS, daughter, aged 23 (sic), unmarried, housekeeper, born at Gedney; *Sarah Hannah ROSS, granddaughter, aged 3, born at Sutton Bridge, Lincolnshire. (RG10/3329/5/3) Sarah Hannah ROSS witnessed the marriage of her mother Hannah ROSS to George TAYLOR in 1888: George TAYLOR, widower, a 42 year old fisherman of Sutton St. Matthew, Lincolnshire, and son of John TAYLOR, a fisherman (deceased), married Hannah ROSS, a 48 year old spinster of Sutton St. Matthew and daughter of Thomas ROSS, a shepherd (deceased), at Sutton St. Matthew parish church (Sutton Bridge) on 7 March 1888.
