      "MRS. JAMES WESTMORELAND
      Mrs. Effie WESTMORELAND, 89, a former Seattle resident, died yesterday of a stroke while visiting a daughter in Prosser, Benton County.
      Mrs. WESTMORELAND, born in Red Wing, Minn., resided here from 1916 until she moved to Sunnyside, Yakima County, 12 years ago. Her husband, James, died in 1950.
      She is survived by a son, Walter WESTMORELAND, Seattle; three daughters, Mrs. Effie YOUNG, Prosser, and Mrs. Howard MARTIN and Mrs. Jeanette WEBER [sic], both of Sunnyside; seven grandchildren, and 18 great-grandchildren.
      Funeral werveices [sic] will be Thursday in Prosser."
