  KATHERINE BOTTOM née SAWLE 1576- Arthur BIRDE and Katharine BOTTOME were married at Pinchbeck, Lincolnshire, on 16 January 1611/12. According to Judith Withyman in "Geese, Gowts, and Gallygaskins" she was the widow of Thomas BOTTOM, a Pinchbeck butcher and liquor seller.
