A William, son of Thomas and Sarah ROWLEY, was baptised at St. Matthew, Walsall, on 5 July 1795. There is no proof that he was the father of Marianne Milbourne ROWLEY.

The indications that William ROWLEY was a son of Thomas ROWLEY are as follows:
1) Both William and Thomas were saddlers' ironmongers.
2) Agnes Rowley EDGOOSE, daughter of the Jesse EDGOOSE who married Thomas ROWLEY's daughter Eliza, was described as the cousin of Marrianne (sic) MILBOURNE, widow, in the 1871 census return for Bexley, Kent.

James MILBOURNE junior was a bachelor of full age of 195 Strand, London, a carver and guilder, and son of James MILBOURNE, a carver and guilder. Witnesses were Maria MILBOURNE and Thomas MILBORNE.
