Witness was William SCOTT. Religious denomination of bride and groom was Baptist.

      From the death certificate of Elizabeth SCOTT:
      She died aged 68 years and 8 months in McNab Township, Renfrew County, on 18 April 1927. She was a widow, her racial origin was Scotch, and she was born in Lanark County, Ramsay, Ontario, on 18 August 1858 (This place of birth differs from that on her marriage cerrtificate). Occupation housekeeper, trade farming. She had lived 28 years at the place of her death and all her life in Ontario, Canada. Her father Alexander SCOTT was born on Prince Edward Island. Her mother's maiden name was STEWART.

      There is a gravestone in White Lake Community Cemetery on which are inscribed the names of Rev. William HOLBEIN (1843-1912), his wife Elizabeth SCOTT (1858-1927), and his mother Martha (1820-1903). His mother's dates are incorrect.
