      Harriet YALLOP was baptised at Congham, Norfolk, on 30 November 1834, daughter of James and Harriet YALLOP.

      From the 1841 census of Congham, Norfolk:
      James YALLOP, aged 35, agricultural labourer, born in Norfolk;
      *Hariot YALLOP, aged 30, born in Norfolk;
      Isac (sic) YALLOP, aged 15, born in Norfolk;
      James YALLOP, aged 12, born in Norfolk;
      George YALLOP, aged 8, born in Norfolk;
      Hariot YALLOP, aged 7, born in Norfolk;
      Mary YALLOP, aged 6, born in Norfolk;
      Elizabeth YALLOP, aged 3, born in Norfolk.

      At the time of the 1851 census she was a lodger at Flitcham With Appleton, Norfolk, with her widowed grandmother Lydia BRIDGES aged 74 and 72 year old lodger Susan BRIDGES. Her place of birth was said to be Soham, Norfolk.

      In 1861 she was working as a house servant at the Temperance Hotel in Blackfriars Road, King's Lynn, Norfolk. She was 26 years old and born at Congham, Norfolk.

      She had an illegitimate daughter Elizabeth Duncan YALLOP at Washway, Holbeach, on 4 April 1864.

      She married Samuel FULCHER, a 24 year old labourer from Fleet, Lincolnshire, and son of Daniel FULCHER, at Holbeach Parish Church on 8 April 1867. Harriet was described as 32 years old and of Holbeach, Lincolnshire. Her father was dead. Witnesses were James YALLOP and Mary Ann YALLOP (her brother and his wife).

      Their daughter Hannah FULCHER was born in 1868.

      Their son Everett FULCHER was born at Holbeach Hurn, Lincolnshire, in 1869. According to the 1901 census index he was 30 years old, a horsekeeper, and living at Pinchbeck, Lincolnshire.

      Their daughter Betsey FULCHER was born in 1870, followed by daughter Emma in 1872, and Alice in 1875.

      At the time of the 1891 census Samuel FULCHER, a 47 year old agricultural labourer, and 55 year old Harriet FULCHER were living in Hurn Road, Holbeach. They were born at Holbeach, Lincolnshire, and Congham, Norfolk, respectively.

      According to the 1901 census index she was 63 years old (i.e. born 1837 or 1838) born at Congham, Norfolk, and living at Pinchbeck in Lincolnshire. Her husband Samuel was 57 years old, born at Holbeach in Lincolnshire, living at Pinchbeck, and working as a yardman on a farm.

      The death of a Harriett (sic) FULCHER aged 80 was registered in 1915.
