FRANK HAYWARD PEARSE 1880-1970
The 1911 census records that Frank Hayward PEARSE was born in
Madagascar. According to his death registration and the 1939 Register
he was born on 17 September 1880.
Frank Hayward PEARSE married Edith EDGOOSE on 2 October 1909 at West
Walton Parish Church. He was aged 29, a fruit grower from Walpole St.
Peter, Norfolk, and son of Joseph PEARSE, a missionary. Witnesses
were Joseph PEARSE and Catherine EDGOOSE.

Rebecca PEILL wrote in March 2003 to say that her grandmother was
Nellie May PEARSE (sister of Frank Hayward PEARSE) who married Ernest
J. PEILL. She also wrote that "the PENFOLD wine people in Australia
were my maternal grandfather's cousins".

not mentioned in the will of his wife Edith PEARSE formerly EDGOOSE
who died in 1966?
Answer: Clause 6 of the Will of Frank Hayward PEARSE made on 21 June
1949 reads as follows:
"Having made adequate provision for my wife Edith PEARSE during my
lifetime I make this Will in the belief that it is a just one."
Michael Hansard GABB, solicitor, named as an executor in the Will of
Frank Hayward PEARSE, was born in 1919 and died in 2011.
