      Amy Ann WATERTON's sister Maria GOODMAN formerly BARROW died on 22 August 1967. In the second codicil of her Will dated 14 July 1967 clause 2 reads as follows:
      "I PLACE it on record that my sister Amy Ann WATERTON has died and that therefore the residue of my estate shall be divided into Eleven equal parts or shares instead of Fourteen as provided by Clause 9 of my said Will."
