John Daniel PLANK (or Daniel John PLANK) was born on 27 June 1926, son of Cyril Adams PLANK and Dorothy Wrench PLANK (or Dorothy Kirk WRENCH).

When Cyril Adams PLANK died, John Daniel Plank and his sister were put into an orphanage. John Daniel ran away and was eventually raised by Lizzie and John Henry Kirke WRENCH in Greenville, Michigan, USA.
Daniel John PLANK's first wife was Audrey MIKOLITIS [MICHAELS], a child bride of sorts from Chicago, Illinois, USA. They had Kirke PLANK'S older half-brother and half-sister.
Daniel John PLANK's second wife was Lorraine CHRISTENSEN. She gave birth to Kirke PLANK and his two younger sisters.
His third wife was Mary Lane ZIMMERMAN formerly WALKINGTON. Her first husband was Leonard ZIMMERMAN.
