John Picker HORRY, a bachelor and a joiner by trade, son of James HORRY, miller, married Sarah UPTON, the unmarried daughter of Edward UPTON, labourer, at Grantham Parish Church on 3 January 1853. Both bride and groom were 'of full age' and living at Grantham, Lincolnshire. Witnesses were Samuel UPTON and Caroline HORRY.
