      She gave birth to an illegitimate daughter Agnes Brooks HUDSON at 2 Norman Road, Greenwich, Kent, on 8 June 1862.

      Frances Ann HUDSON married John BROOKS at the parish Church of St. Paul, Deptford, in the County of Kent and Surrey on 27 January 1863. John BROOKS was described as a bachelor of full age, a police constable of this parish, and son of Elijah BROOKS farmer. Frances Ann HUDSON was described as a spinster of full age, of this parish, daughter of Henry Hines HUDSON, carpenter. Witnesses were Joseph DAWKINS and Rebecca MASTERS.
