Graham Thomas EDGOOSE was born at Emneth Marshland R. D. on 13 January 1920, son of Halbert and Mary EDGOOSE. His father Halbert was described as a Grocer (Master). The informant on 3 February 1920 was his mother Mary EDGOOSE of Emneth.

Halbert EDGOOSE had married Mary SHARP at Emneth, Norfolk, in 1913.

"Graham Thomas EDGOOSE (19) a Post Office employee, of Long Sutton, was fined £ 5 and his licence was endorsed, at Wisbech police court, for driving a car without due care and attention at Wisbech on December 28, EDGOOSE knocked a Wisbech postman off his cycle."

He was living at Long Sutton Post Office in Lincolnshire in 1942 and was with his mother when she died.

He joined the Royal Navy in the Second World War and eventually became a sub-lieutenant.

In the 1960's he worked for Elloe Rural District Council, Lincolnshire.

He was described as a local government officer when he witnessed the marriage of his daughter Judith Mary EDGOOSE to Alfred John ARMITAGE at Scraptoft, Leicestershire, on 14 December 1968.

He was living at The Beeches, 16 Langwith Drive, Holbeach, Lincolnshire, when probate of his father's will was granted on 17 March 1976.

He died at 3 Sandhurst Court, Sheringham, Norfolk, on 12 November 2001. He was described as a Heath Officer, (retired). Cause of death was I(a) Old Age and (b) Diabetes Mellitus II Dementia. The informant on 13 November 2001 was Bridget Mary EDGOOSE, Widow of the deceased. Present at the death.
